He was called in to rebuild a shower stall, and I am very impressed with his craftsmanship and the job he did. He kept me updated on how the job was processing and if there were any glitches let me know ahead of things and always kept me apprised of scheduling. If there were options for how something could be installed he always asked what I wanted and was willing to give an opinion on what he, as a professional, thought. The end product was something we were both very pleased with. I was also pleased with his work ethic. He was always here on time, did his work efficiently and never failed to clean up well after the work was done for the day. I would totally recommend him and would use him again for any tile work. 5 out of 5 starsWe just had a major demolition of our floor tile in our kitchen. The job task was to remove and replace 500 square feet of tile for our home which is over 30 years old . The tile took over 4 days to remove because how well it was laid and the type of cement they used back then.We had so many peaks and valleys on the floor from the major demo and had a major concern that the new laid floor tile would have several issues. All the time during this stressful process Kenny kept reassuring us that everything would look very good when he is done. Well The job was completed today and my wife and I could not be any happier with how the floor turned out! Kenny was on his hands and knees cleaning and inspecting the entire floor several times, touching up wherever needed! He is a PERFECTIONIST and has so much PRIDE in his work and practices 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!
